97 JS Pure, fresh, edgy and chalky, with tons of lime zest, sliced green apples, green star fruit and a touch of cream and crushed oyster shells. Such brightness on the palate with so many gastronomic attributes. Concentrated in flavors, but not overwhelming. Long, mouthwatering finish. A very serious mouth cleanser, showing beautiful austerity.
