On nose, complex, intense, with a touch of minerals accompanied by red apple and aromatic herbs, a hint of cinnamon with a background reminiscent of quince, an elegant evolution. To the taste, it’s a voluminous wine. It’s oily with medium acidity and persistence which contributes to its expressiveness. The aftertaste brings us back to the aromatic herbs and red apple.
