The very pale and delicate 2021 Rosado was produced with 55% Viura, 40% Garnacha and 5% Tempranillo, so a clarete with 12.9% alcohol and very good freshness. It fermented in stainless steel with yeasts selected from their own vineyards. It's clean and tasty, very drinkable, fresh and balanced.
