The 2019 Sticks and Stones is a blend of 71% Grenache, 22% Syrah, 4% Graciano and 3% Mourvèdre. Pale ruby-purple, it has bright red and blue berries on the nose with notes of dark spices, fallen leaves and dried flowers. The medium-bodied palate is grainy and super fresh, with pure, spicy flavors and a long, uplifted finish.
Vista: Rubí brillante
Aroma: Albaricoque, cerezas violetas y cedro, muy afrutado con presencia de fresas.
Boca: El paladar está muy presente la fruta confitada.
Maridaje: Pollo con especias marroquíes y alcachofas, barbacoa dulce o picante, ensalada nicoise, manchego añejo.
